Russian President Vladimir Putin will offer candidacy of 30 year old Ramzan Kadyrov to the Parliament of Chechnya to give him authority to the President of the Republic. This is Putin said in Novo-Ogarevo, where he met Kadyrov, which is now temporarily acting as head of Chechnya.
"I have assumed that you have done a lot for the reconstruction of Chechnya in the past few years and as a Vice-President, and as a head of government of the republic," said Putin, "This is a fact that you have made every effort that the rehabilitation of Chechnya continues at the same speed, and the social and economic rehabilitation".
Also at the March 2 meeting to the two chambers of the Chechen Parliament (National Assembly and the Council of the Republic) there will be a candidate, nominated by the President of Russia.
